You retain all rights to the notes you create. We do not claim ownership of your content. Your notes sync to your own Google Drive and remain under your control.

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for any loss of data.
